This Ocean Retreat offers breathtaking views from every room, with a 60' covered balcony that overlooks the 32' Pool/Spa and 100' Concrete Seawall on the Atlantic Ocean. We are just steps away from a beautiful white sandy beach, which is an active turtle nesting area. The home is situated near the end of a quiet road (locally referred to as “Millionaires Row”). Construction was completed in August 2020 and is appointed with high end contemporary furnishings. The open concept living area offers wall to wall sliding glass doors facing the Atlantic, to enhance the feeling of openness all ceilings are 10' or higher throughout the house.

Be it a romantic getaway or a family adventure, this location is the perfect spot to build lifelong memories. The expansive upper deck is a great spot to watch Manatees, Ospreys, Egrets, Herons, Sharks and the occasional pod of Dolphins cruising the flat below. On windy days Kite Boarders launch at nearby Anne’s Beach and will treat you to a show as they fly back and forth in the sunshine below.

The #500/day ice machine will keep your fish box or cooler cold. and our dock is equipped with 30amp shore power and offers 4' depth. We have three kayaks (1 single & 2 doubles), two standup paddle boards, two bicycles, also available is the 12k boat lift.
