Great location. Restaurants and cafe close. Felt safe and walking distance to may attractions. Room very small for 3 people but that was to be expected. Only 2 chairs but not really even able to sit at table as space was way to tight and we are small people. I 'd suggest a wall mounted pop up table. No room for luggage but we made due. Liked the washer/dryer once I was able to figure it out. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

Pied a terre in Marais
Location was perfect, short walk from Les Halles station with direct RER train from CDG. Nice neighborhood, with grocery and cafes nearby, short walk to Pompidou, Picasso Museum, and walkable to Louvre and Notre Dame. Agent met us at apartment with key, good communication. Small elevator to 3rd floor. Clean and reasonably spacious with living/dining room and small separate bedroom (just slightly larger than bed). No views, and the interior lighting is depressing (bedroom lights are wonky). Coffee machine but no pods, minimal toilet tissue. All in all, a decent amount of space for this area, clean and efficient, not exactly charming but you don't come to Paris to stay in your room. Would recommend.

Good for 2, needs a little help to be great!
I am a frequent traveler to Paris and needed a 4 night stay at the end of my month-long trip of traveling France/Germany (my regular place was booked). I'm from upstate NY and am in real estate for almost 20 years. Location is great, I know it. I would recommend this should only be for 2 people (even though there is a sleeper sofa), the space is just too small for 4 and no real space to store anything. Also a snag in the reservation is that the deposit is not taken the same way as money to stay - it would not take my US CCs and I didn't have an EU CC - no matter what it wouldn't take a deposit (which threatened my visit and losing my money - NOT GOOD)...so, a French friend of mine put hers down - but not the best way to do things! BTW I had no problem with my cards anywhere else, including booking train tickets. I didn't need the full intro from the person who let me in. Property has FOB to get in (they called it a beeper)...and elevator which was great (I had heavy luggage as I was traveling for a month). Place needs better lighting in Living/Kitchen area (suggest removing fake plant and adding a nice light and coat tree). One chair was broken, window in Living area needed a repair to make it easier to close and lock into place, the refrigerator leaked water, most of the door of it could not be used as it was missing the "holders", and please leave more than 2 coffee pods and 1.5 rolls of TP. I used the washer. Would do short stay again but I get great rate on bigger apt.

Great location
Nice little apartment in a really great location. Near the back of the building so very quiet at night despite having lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Very limited hanging space but ok for a few days for the 2 of us. The meet and greet was really helpful.

Month in Paris
I will start with the positive. The location of this apartment in Le Marais is outstanding! Close to the Pompadou, cafes galore, the Musee des Arts et Métiers, grocery stores, pharmacies and some extraordinary restaurants. The apartment was clean and the bed was actually quite comfortable. Also, the host/property manager were very responsive and helpful. There is an elevator which we needed because of our age and health. As for the negatives: The original listing indicated the apartment having air conditioning. It does not, although there is an effective fan in the main living area and if you leave the windows open there is quite a nice crosswind. So A/C wasn’t necessary during our visit. It also has a combination washer and dryer, but these are not adequate for anything except the smallest/lightest of loads. Even very small loads will still require drying clothes on a rack. If only staying for a week, this isn’t an issue. We stayed for 4 weeks and had to have our laundry serviced (which is conveniently located within 50 meters, but is expensive). All in all, I would give this property a very good rating and would consider staying there again.
