The Perfect Place

In two months of ups and downs with rental properties across France, this one ranked Number One in every way. The hostess was lovely and kind, the location great, the space beautifully but sparingly decorated so you had room to breathe and relax. I cannot say enough about how different this place was from most of our dozen other rentals. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was perfect - walking distance to the beautiful centre of Vannes and the harbour. Sophie kindly met us when we arrived and gave us the key. We appreciated being able to park easily outside. The appartment was clean and very well equipped. We were just passing through Vannes on the way back to Roscoff but would love to return and stay longer.

Charming, quiet and comfortable place close to the centre

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and well equipped. Comfortable beds with good bedding and towels. Quiet location but just a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Vannes. Secure parking on site and good communication with the host and all at a very reasonable price. We would be very happy to stay there again if we were going to Vannes. Don’t be put off by the exterior of the buildings and stairwells etc as the apartment itself is lovely.

Functional Apartment with Parking

Good location for visiting the city and nearby sites. Parking is a plus! It is a functional apartment with everything needed in the kitchen. Sophie is responsive, friendly and very helpful. There are sheer curtains in the bedrooms which do not block the light. Instructions for the washing machine are a must. Door locks are challenging and flush buttons on the toilet work, but one is missing.

Bonjour. Le séjour s'est bien passé. Vous m'aviez envoyé des photos de l'appartement loué. En fait, l'appartement ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos envoyées par vous. L'appartement paraissait très grand, et ce ne fut pas le cas, il fut beaucoup plus petit. Pouvez-vous me dire pourquoi une telle différence entre l'offre et la réalité ? En ce qui concerne l'appartement, notre expérience est tout à fait satisfaisante. L'intérieur est joliment décoré, et nous avions à notre disposition tout ce dont nous aurions pu avoir besoin. Le côté chambres et toilette séparées du séjour assure un grand calme. Les lits sont confortables et très propres. La proximité de la gare et du centre-ville est un atout majeur. La résidence est très calme. Pour finir, l'hôte est prévenante et très serviable.

Propriétaire très accueillante et simple, qui a très bon goût pour la décoration. Elle met à dispo de quoi démarrer le sejour (sel/poivre/ capsules café et papier toilette), et tout le matériel et produits de nettoyage . C’est très pratique. Résidence tranquille. La localisation est top, on a quasi tout fait à pieds. Merci de nous avoir permis de passer du bon temps chez vous!

Joli appartement très agréable

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Sophie est très accueillante et prévoit même des jeux, des livres et un nécessaire de cuisine (thé, café, sel, poivre) pour l'arrivée. L'appartement est décoré et amenagé avec goût. Vous disposez même d'un service à raclette, d'une crépière et dun service à fondue. En revanche je ne repasserai pas par Abritel car il a fallu rentrer toutes nos coordonnées, y compris bancaires, avant de savoir si les dates étaient disponibles. Je recommande l'appartement de Sophie. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter Vannes et ses alentours.
