Designed for relaxed holiday living, the home features seamless indoor-outdoor spaces, a private pool, and a pet-friendly setting perfect for unwinding, reconnecting, and enjoying the Sunny Coast.

The Space:

Step inside and settle into the thoughtfully designed spaces of Pacific Oasis. Our home offers two comfortable bedrooms, with Bedroom 1 featuring a queen bed and Bedroom 2 offering two king single beds, perfect for families, friends, or couples travelling together. Both bedrooms include split system air conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for an easy stay, including a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom features a bathtub and rain shower, with a separate powder room for convenience. A combination washing machine and dryer is also available for guest use.

Outside, enjoy your own private tropical garden setting with a sparkling pool (not heated) and a patio area complete with a gas Weber BBQ, the perfect spot for relaxed afternoons surrounded by greenery.

Please note: Pacific Oasis is a private guest house located beneath the main residence. The property is one larger home that has been thoughtfully separated into two completely independent living areas, with a separate residence located above. As this is a shared property, you may occasionally hear normal household activity from the residence above.

The Neighborhood:

Coolum Beach is one of the Sunshine Coast’s most loved coastal pockets, known for its laid-back atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and easy lifestyle. It strikes the perfect balance between relaxed beach town and refined coastal living.



The patrolled main beach is ideal for swimming, surfing, or long walks along the shoreline, while the coastal boardwalk and headland tracks offer incredible ocean views and whale spotting in season.



Just a short stroll or drive from the home, you’ll find a great selection of cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops, along with local markets and everyday conveniences. The area has a friendly, unhurried feel that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the surroundings.



Coolum also sits centrally on the Sunshine Coast, making it a great base to explore nearby spots like Noosa, Peregian Beach, and the hinterland villages - all within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Coolum Beach is easy to navigate and well positioned for exploring the Sunshine Coast. Many guests enjoy walking to the beach, local cafés, and the main strip from the home.



For exploring further afield, a car is recommended. The Sunshine Motorway is nearby, making it simple to reach Noosa, Peregian Beach, Maroochydore, and the hinterland villages.



Ride-share services and local taxis are readily available in the area, and Sunshine Coast Airport is just a short drive away for convenient arrivals and departures.



Other Things to Note:

🚗 There is parking available for one vehicle only, located at the front of the property, please ensure to follow the parking rules and only park in the designated location.



Access to the property requires walking down two flights of stairs, 16 steps in total from the entry gate.

This home is located in a very quiet community, we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
