The place is cute, pet friendly, clean, and cozy. Super comfy couch for family snugs and open concept. The screened in porch was amazing! Plenty of towels and toiletries were left for us. The area was nice and don't let the HOA stuff bother you. We followed the rules and no one bothered us and everyone we came across were friendly. Fantastic hiking trails (marked with red) within walking distance. Two suggestions that I have for the place is to install a filtration system for the well water to reduce the sulfur smell, (it was gag worthy) and to install some coat/key/ leash hooks near the door. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely visit again.
