This is a lovely property and home in a beautiful, quiet area. It is perfectly situated as it is easily walkable to the downtown shops, restaurants and golf. The hosts were wonderful, and the home perfectly accomodated our group of 6 adults.
Thespace in this house is worth every Penny. Comfortable, inviting, and each bedroom has a bathroom. Comfortable bedding, quality towels— even pool towels provided. I’m a pillow-person, pillows comfortable -not hard, not foamy/bouncy—a nice combo of soft and full. As for the house itself— a beautiful mix of updated and old world architectural features, high ceilings and large rooms! the multiple sitting rooms, spacious kitchen where 6 people can eat around the island or in the dining room, The pool and yard, with outdoor seating, umbrellas, chaise!. We had cocktail glasses, pots and pans, cleaning detergent, paper towels, tp, soaps, all provided, which are generous offerings and appreciated when traveling and not having to pack “Everything.” The proximity to town couldn’t have been better. Quiet street with little traffic, but two blocks to grocery and all shops/restaurants. We were 4 blocks to the golf course & riverfront walk. Enjoyed walking everywhere and up and down streets with the pups, checking out houses and gardens. Friendly people everywhere.great town, great spot to stay and take in all NOT: has to offer. The off-street parking “lot” fits 2 cars and convenient to back yard. The house is on the sidewalk-side of the street, so pedestrians are a part of the neighborhood feel. For people who prefer sidewalks, it’s possible to get to town using them, but it takes some negotiating, but it is doable! 5 stars!
