You’re a short drive from Carrickalinga Beach, with its long stretch of sand, clear water and relaxed, family-friendly feel.

The nearby township of Normanville offers cafes, bakeries, supermarket and dining options – perfect for picking up supplies or enjoying a meal out.

The wider Fleurieu Peninsula region puts you within easy reach of wineries, bushwalks, golf, coastal drives and day trips to other seaside towns.

It’s the kind of location where you can spend the morning at the beach, the afternoon exploring or doing very little at all, and then return to the studio to watch the light fade over the hills and coast.

A few helpful things to know before you arrive:

Attached studio: Studio on Forktree is attached to the main home. The studio is self-contained and oriented for privacy, but this is not a completely standalone dwelling.

Best suited for: Singles or couples looking for a quiet, comfortable base rather than a large entertaining space.

Views & setting: Rural and coastal views are part of the charm here; weather and visibility will vary with the seasons, but the sense of openness and calm remains.

Strictly no parties or events – this is a quiet retreat space.
No smoking inside the studio.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Please respect neighbours and the main residence, keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
Please report any breakages or issues during your stay so we can address them promptly.
Check-in and check-out times as per your standard policy (e.g. 3pm in, 10am out) unless previously arranged.
