Perfect house for our family

This house worked out perfectly for my extended family with rooms on various floors providing privacy, bunk room for young children and numerous bathrooms. The large kitchen and family room were wonderful and allowed us to spread out and relax.

I would definitely come back

The house is in a perfect location- walking distance to trails, the lake and very close to shopping and restaurants. The lay out is nice and there is ample room to spread out. We enjoyed the lake view from the gazebo.

Great Stay

We had a great time at the property. The house was very clean and the rules were straightforward. The house had enough beds and rooms to accommodate us. It was within walking distance to Folsom Lake. Highly recommend.

Great multi generation stay

The house worked great for our group of nine. From the grandparents to the young adult grandkids, there was plenty of space to spread out and sleep. The pool table was a bonus. We also enjoyed the proximity to the walking trails near the lake. The host was great to work with.

Convenient to lake, plenty of amenities but not so nice you were afraid to break things. No lake View but a very short walk to lake and near all stores. Great AC!!

My group needed a large home to accommodate us, and this property fit the bill. Lots of rooms, great seating areas and places for us to chat, large kitchen with everything you might need. Benny was an excellent host, communicative and accommodating to our special request. Thank you for a great weekend!

Family get away

This property was perfect for our family get away!! Benny was very accommodating and even let us check in early to drop our luggage. The house was exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for our family. It was a quiet neighborhood and accessible to tons of shopping and grocery stores.. we will definitely be returning!!

Spacious and great location

It was a birthday celebration with my family and friends, 6 adults and 5 children. The kitchen is well equipped. Kids loved running around the yard, we could still watch them from the kitchen while cooking or playing card games. The location is perfect that we could shop groceries, visit Granie Bay, Natoma Lake within 15 minutes. Benny is an amazing host. Highly recommend this place!

Loved it!

There was 20 of us and everyone fit perfectly! The house is great with a convenient layout of the rooms, kitchen and good sized gathering areas. The pool table is a bonus! Great location right next to Folsom Lake. Thank you Benny for being flexible and for always responding quickly to my calls/texts when we needed something! Definely planning to come back :)

Friend get together

Very nice common areas can handle multiple group activities at once. Excellent parking. Easy to get to. Property manager is easy to work with. The only down sides are minor. Noise carries very well through the house and there are LOTS of stairs. This is a great multi-family rental.

Trip of Sisters and kids

Check in was easy Finding it was a bit tricky at first but we managed and was easy after. The property is very nice and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked all the necessary pots and pans etc. Great for a family of cookers. Game room the kids loved and husbands who swang by to drop off things and check out the place. This place made preparing a little baby shower/wedding proposal great. We took walks to get great maternity photos. Above all Benny communicated very well. Any question it was answered.

Spacious Property

Celebrated Thanksgiving with the whole family. We loved the spacious kitchen where the whole family bonded preparing food, we hanged out most of the time in the living room playing card games, watched netflix movie, the house logistics was awesome as they have several extra folding tables and folding chairs. It was a very relaxing weekend. Too many positive things about the property to mention here. I love how Benny responded to our query, he is very prompt and responsive to all our questions. Thank you Benny for all your patience and for sharing us your beautiful property/

Great Retreat House!

We had a large group up at the house and it accommodated us well. Plenty of living spaces, loved that they provided extra folding tables and chairs. The view is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
