Mountview is a great location within Red Deer, close enough to enjoy the transportation benefits of 32nd Street and far enough away not to hear them. This is a quiet location with a 500 foot walk to buses to take you anywhere within the city. There is a large park behind the house with a soccer field, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor ice rink (winter), a community hall if you want to rent for a family reunion, etc. , a fantastic outdoor gym (free to use), and a playground for the kids.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was spotless. Jeff and Bev were quick to respond with any communication. It was nice to have the driveway to park in and direct access to the park through the rear fence. The neighbors were extremely nice as well. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you for the great stay!

It was a very very nice house. Owner was great getting us a bbq. Parks are right out the back door. I checked in early. My only complaint was that they also rent out a basement suite that I wasn’t aware of. Separate entrances and back yard. It is designed really well but you can hear people downstairs and we did have someone try and check in very late one evening. Overall it was perfect and I would recommend.

Thank you for your review. My apologies again for the person who rang your door bell. They didn't have a reservation and should not have bothered you. Vrbo doesn't seem to show the actual make up of the property. We did select semi-detached in the profile set up.

This place was nice but if you’re expecting to do anything with music or have someone who’s injured on crutches I wouldn’t suggest coming here we had a lot of people
