Our Main floor home features an upscale kitchen with quartz countertops and SS appliances, a private deck overlooking the charming Overmars organic vegetable farm, complete with a self-serve shop brimming with fresh, seasonal produce. There also is a front patio to watch the sunset. This peaceful retreat is perfect for unwinding away from the StFX hustle, yet it’s close to St. Martha’s Hospital and all the amenities of town. Plus, you’re only a quick 10-minute drive from the nearest sandy beach. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, our home offers the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience. Note that we have long term tenants living in the basement who are kind, respectful, and family-oriented. You will share the back deck, yard, and back entrance with them.
