Wake up a flat 2 minute walk from Bondi Beach in this bright studio apartment. It is a single open-plan room - there is no separate bedroom - with a comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed, sleeping up to 4 guests (most comfortable for two). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace with wifi, and air conditioning to keep you cool year-round. A smart TV and communal laundry facilities (paid) make longer stays easy.

THE SPACE
The studio is set up for easy, comfortable living, with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a dedicated workspace and a smart TV all within one bright, open room. There is no separate bedroom - the sleeping and living areas share the same space, so four guests will be cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals with a stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery and wine glasses. The private bathroom has a bathtub. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable through summer and a portable oil column heater takes the edge off in winter, and there is a ceiling fan as well.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Fresh bed linen and towels, essentials, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel, hair dryer, iron, hangers and clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and fast wifi throughout.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the whole studio through a private entrance, with self check-in by lock box so you can arrive at any hour. Communal laundry facilities are available in the building (paid, coin-operated). Check-in details and entry instructions are sent ahead of your arrival, and the lock box code is messaged one hour before check-in.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Tucked into the heart of Bondi, the studio is close to cafes, shops and everyday conveniences, with the sand and the scenic Bondi to Coogee coastal walk a flat 2 minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND
Bondi is well served by bus routes into Sydney's CBD, and most local shops, cafes and the beach itself are within easy walking distance. Taxis and rideshares are readily available for trips further afield. There is no parking at the apartment. Street parking directly outside is paid and time-limited - the nearest free unrestricted street parking, suitable for longer stays, is on Blair Street, about a 5-minute walk away.

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. The apartment is non-smoking, and no parties or events. We are available by phone or message throughout your stay if you need anything, but otherwise we like to give guests their privacy. We kindly ask guests to treat the apartment with care and be mindful of noise, as it is part of a shared residential building.

Getting here: Sydney Airport (SYD) is about 13 km away - 25-40 minutes by taxi or Uber, typically A$60-85 depending on traffic, tolls and time of day. By public transport it is about A$20 - T8 Airport line to Central, change to the T4 towards Bondi Junction, then the 333 or 380 bus to Bondi Beach (60-90 minutes).

Check-in is from 3pm and we are not able to offer early check-in - the apartment is being cleaned right up to then. There is no latest arrival time, so you can arrive as late as you like. Entry is by lock box with a physical key inside, not a smart lock, and we send you the code, the floor and full directions before you arrive. Wi-Fi is included at around 25 Mbps.

There is no reception and nobody on site to meet you - check-in is entirely self-service. Please make sure you know which building, entrance and floor you are heading to before you travel, as no one can let you in on arrival. We send the exact address, the floor, where the lock box is and full directions in advance.
