Our small subdivision is in a quaint and quiet area of Salmon Arm. We enjoy walking on city trails located right from our back yard.

What makes this property unique

Our modern suite is level entry and not below our main living space. It is quiet and although a small, 1 bedroom suite, it has a beautiful grass and landscaped area which allows for sitting outside to enjoy the beautiful Shiswap weather and view of the lake. We are within 5 minutes drive to the beach, golf courses, hospital, and the downtown area.
