Ik heb het verblijf bij Sandana Studio als zeer prettig ervaren, met name het contact met de eigenaar was iedere keer vlot en vriendelijk. Bij aankomst heb ik problemen gehad met een bankpas die door een ATM was ingenomen. Heel vervelend, want dit gebeurde direct bij aankomst. Nadat ik mijn uitdaging met Michael heb gedeeld, was hij daar direct om mij te helpen en kon ik mijn vakantie snel hervatten.Een kleine tip; wat mij betreft had housekeeping mij best mogen storen om te zorgen dat de gewenste schoonmaakwerkzaamheden werden uitgevoerd. Ik heb het idee gehad dat dit om beleefdheid niet is gedaan.
