This detached comfortable holiday home for 6 persons is situated in a unique location on the beach of Cala Llenya , on the east coast of Ibiza. The sea is only 100 meters away and the sandy beach directly in front of the pool terrace. The Mediterranean property is completely fenced and has a total area of 1.000m2 . It is overgrown with palm trees and native plants such as bougainvillea, oleander. At the house there is a cozy barbecue area for barbecues in the family or with friends . Two house terraces plus the spacious pool terrace provide space for chatting , relaxing , sunbathing ....

House Playa has a living area of 140m2 over two floors. You enter the house on the upper floor and go directly into a bright , comfortable living room with satellite TV and fireplace and direct access to the 50m2 large breakfast terrace with fantastic sea views. The living room adjoins the dining room which is connected to a counter with the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the upper floor there is also a double bedroom with complete en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace , also a guest toilet . On the lower floor there is another double bedroom with shower room and a separate studio with a small living room with sofa bed and followed bedroom with two single beds and private shower room. The lower floor has a large terrace of 50m2 with awning and covered barbecue area . From here you get to the pool terrace with outdoor shower and picnic area. A garden gate leads directly to the beach .

All bedrooms have air conditioning , which provides in midsummer for a restful sleep. In the transitional months , and in winter a gas central heating keeps you snug . For cozy evenings fireplace is in the living area , an open fireplace. A washing machine and ironing facilities can be found in the utility room .

Child facilities ( cot , high chair , etc.) is of course available on request . Even small dogs are especially welcome (if well behaved :-))) . Please also preliminary inquiry .

At the beach Cala Llenya there is a kiosk with catering . Within walking distance in 10 minutes from the beach of Cala Nova with a variety of restaurants for every taste. During the season, a small supermarket opens near for primary care . More shops, pubs and boutiques can be found in the hippy town of San Carlos .
