The Neighborhood:

Apollo Beach is a peaceful waterfront community located along Tampa Bay, offering a relaxed coastal vibe with quick access to US-41 and I-75. You are just a 5-minute drive from the dog-friendly Apollo Beach Nature Preserve, local beaches, and the popular Manatee Viewing Center and Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center (open November through April). A short walk brings you to Apollo Beach Park, and local grocery options like Publix and Winn-Dixie are just minutes away.



Getting Around:

Most guests choose to drive or use rideshare services to explore the area.



Driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles. If needed, you may park on the grass within the yard (street parking is not recommended).



While the immediate neighborhood is walkable with sidewalks, restaurants and stores are generally a 2-mile drive away with the exception of a nearby Dollar General.



Centrally located for easy day trips to Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, Sarasota, and Orlando.

Pool Details: The private saltwater pool is professionally maintained and heated to a comfortable 85 degrees year round for your enjoyment.



Cold Plunge Setup: The outdoor cold plunge is a traditional-style tub meant to be manually filled with water and ice. Ice is not provided, but standard bags of ice can be easily grabbed at the nearby Publix or Winn-Dixie just minutes down the road to set up your contrast therapy sessions!



The Breezeway Bathhouse: To ensure total clarity before booking, please note that the laundry facilities and the third full bathroom are located in a dedicated separate structure just across the outdoor breezeway. This layout is incredibly convenient for rinsing off after a swim or a day of fishing without tracking water through the main house.



Waterfront Safety: The backyard features a seamless paver patio around the pool area and a grassy lawn that leads down to the water. The yard is fully fenced on the sides; however, there is no barrier fence running along the canal seawall or the dock. Please supervise children and pets closely at all times.



All-Electric Home: This property operates entirely on electricity with no fuel-burning appliances. Because of this, carbon monoxide alarms are not required or installed.



Grill Supplies: Guests are welcome to use the charcoal grill, but please note that charcoal is not provided.



Watercraft: The jet ski occasionally shown in property photos is strictly for personal owner use and is not available for guest use.
