Choose our holiday apartment as the starting point for your discovery tours in Carinthia and relax right on the Ossiacher See in close proximity to the Gerlitzen hiking area. Also use the in-house, 20m long, heated swimming pool.
Our beautiful apartment offers wonderful space for 1-4 people. In the 3rd Located on the floor, it can be easily reached with the lift.
On 44 m² you have a fully equipped apartment with a living / bedroom with a double bed, a small room with 2 single beds, kitchen / hallway, shower / toilet and a balcony on the east side in a cozy atmosphere. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Ossiacher Tauern, the foothills of the Gerlitzen and a part of the lake. For entertainment there is a flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a DVD player and radio. WLAN access is set up in the foyer of the complex and in the apartment.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, mini oven, coffee pad machine (Senseo), kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, enough cooking and eating utensils.

Bed linen and towels can also be booked on request.

Washer and dryer are available in the basement with coin operated.
In the large garden area there are sand / play and climbing areas, a boccia / boules pitch, a beach volleyball court and two table tennis tables. The huge lawn with shady trees extends to a shallow bathing beach with fine gravel. A footbridge leads to the deeper swimming area. A changing room with shower is located on the beach. Three chairs belong to the apartment. A separate footbridge leads to the jetty. Bring your own surfboards and boats to the water here. Storage options are also on the lake property.
Bicycle parking spaces are available.
In summer there is a breakfast service in the foyer. This provides baked goods and other breakfast products for purchase.
