Everything was amazing about this house. View was spectacular. House was clean and had everything we needed. Cyrille was such a great host. Communication was easy and he was available and willing to help. Highly recommend!

Great Location, some attention to detail needed

• Positives o Location – Amazing views of Monaco and the coast, great walking access to multiple trails, restaurants, a small village, private and secure home features. • Opportunities o Furniture/bedding – The beds were not comfortable. The mattresses are very thin and show signs of poor maintenance. o Equipment – The spa tubs in two of the upstairs bedrooms were both non-functional. We were informed of their non-functional status at our arrival, not in advance. When asked if we could use the fireplace, we were told no. o Linen – Observed and reported soiled stained linen from the previous guest to the owner. o Cleanness – We noticed cleanness issues (hair that was not ours on the floors and on bathroom equipment, old spider webs, live and dead bugs), etc. o Electrical Concerns – Exposed electrical wiring of ceiling and wall lighting fixtures (Upstairs bedrooms and downstairs bedroom). o Pool Maintenance – Workers sent to house without notice, woke up to people in the backyard and weren’t aware who they were or that they were coming.
