Upon arrival, there was a strong odor, we had concerns about the cleanliness of the unit, and we observed cockroaches. We also were uncomfortable with the building access, as we did not observe controlled access restricting entry to the elevators and guest floors. Because we were traveling with a young child, we decided to leave immediately and found alternate accommodations on the fly. We did not stay overnight at the property. I would not rebook or recommend.

Very clean and great accommodations. Views were great from the balcony. Even got to see the SpaceX Falcon rocket launch from the room. Communication with owner was fast and helpful. We would absolutely stay again.

Pool was great. Locations was great for where we were visiting. Parking was great. Dinning and shopping near by. Condo was decorated nice and comfortable. The only thing I had an issue with was the sheets on our beds was some type of linen, scratchy and not soft at all. Refrigerator had an ice and water dispenser but it did not work.

This was my third year in a row staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort. Staying at this particular property was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The proximity to Disney Springs, ESPN World (for my granddaughter's Cheerleading Competition) and Universal Studios, as well as grocery shopping and restaurants, makes this a wonderful place to stay. The pool is very clean and easy to access. Communication with Sergio was always prompt and friendly!The only issue I had was with the TV remotes not working properly. The living room and smaller bedroom remotes had to be used for both TV's in order for 1 to work.

Fabulous property located near to all parks and amenities. The property itself had everything you needed, was well maintained and very comfortable. Easy access to the pool, gym, onsite shop, bar and restaurant and a minutes walk to the neighbouring shops (factory outlet stores). Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Clean, spacious, and a great place to stay for our family of four for our first ever trip to Disney and Universal. Close to Disney and a great selection of restaurants near by if you’re not eating at the parks. Owners were extremely accommodating as our flight out got delayed and kindly extended our stay. We will be coming back to Disney again next year and are already looking to book this unit again for our next trip. Highly Recommend!
