100 metres from the large beach of Royan in the residential area of the Park is located this beautiful modern villa named Razmott.
The entrance to the house gives direct access to the fully equipped American kitchen (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fondue and raclette set).
You will access the first bathroom of the house (shower, sink and a toilet), to the left of the kitchen.
On the right of the kitchen you will access the tastefully decorated and very bright living room; it has a relaxing living room with a large sofa and two designer armchairs. All modern comforts are present (WIFI internet, Canalsat television, Netflix and Disney + channels available). The dining room juxtaposes the living room and provides a large extendable table.
Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed.
Upstairs: two air-conditioned bedrooms with television (a 160 cm bed in one bedroom and in the other bedroom: a 160 cm bed and a 2x90 pull-out bed).
A balcony terrace with deckchairs adjoining the master bedroom.
Travel cot and baby chair available.
Outside you have a garden and a large terrace on which you can have breakfast, dinner and let the children play in complete safety. Electric plancha (it is forbidden to barbecue in the Parc de Royan). Garden furniture available.
At the back a shed with washing machine available.
You can park up to two vehicles in the driveway of the house. You can easily park in front of the house as you have two additional spaces on the street.
You are a 2 minute walk from the Grande Conche beach in Royan. A 10 minute bike ride from the city centre of Saint Georges de Didonne and Royan. Cycle paths all around, bus stop at the end of the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided and beds can be made according to your request with supplement. Duvets and pillows are available.
Beach and/or pool towel available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Other services will be offered such as massages, catering, beach towels and/or others, at your request.
