As you breathe the crisp, clean air, the only sounds you hear are the soft calls of the exotic Hawaiian birds and the rustle of swaying palm trees. All this magnificence is just the frame for the grand size "infinity" pool and your own private, bubbling spa, Take plenty of time to enjoy the ambiance before staking out your lounge chair to marvel at the Kona Sunset.

This property consists of a Main House (3 bedrooms / 3 1/2 baths) and a separate 2-bedroom suite with its own lanai, living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect for large families traveling together and looking for an amazing place to spend their Hawaiian Vacation!

The Master Bedroom has an ocean view and newly remodeled master bath. The kitchen is a gourmet chefs dream come true! Featuring the best of appliances, Sub Zero and Viking, and all marble counter tops. There is even a Mai Tai bar, just off the small formal dining room. The Great Room, with comfortable lounges, opens through tall sliding Mahogany doors to a dazzling ocean vista in every direction. Beautiful Private Office for your use. There is even a fireplace!

The house boosts two ocean view bedrooms with king beds, and three additional bedrooms - one with a king and two with 2 queen beds. There is also a media room with a large screen projector. All of this is only 5 to 10 minutes from everything, including Costco.

Now it is time to settle in on the Lanai with a Mai Tai and ponder the sweet Hawaiian days and nights ahead!

Beautiful home

From the minute you walk in, the view is spectacular. The grounds and gardens are just beautiful. The house is well laid out for families to enjoy each other and have some alone time. All 3 bedrooms of the main house have an outdoor shower and there are 2 laundry rooms. The management company is very responsive to emails and phone calls. One little issue that was kind of comical is that the master bath was built for very tall people. I’m 5’3” and the vanity came midway up to my chest and the stackable washer/dryer I couldn’t reach the top controls. I just used the other laundry. Pool was too cold for anyone to use. I should have paid the extra to heat it. The place is like a resort in itself with a view you never tire of.

Fabulous property

There were 10 of us with plenty of room for all. The guest house was OK, but not as nice as the main house. We had some ant issues plus a cockroach in the guest house but that is all to be expected in Hawaii!! The outdoor showers were so wonderful, as was the pool, the view and the lush landscape. We felt the kitchen could have had a few more items such as plastic glasses, bowls and plates for the pool area and for children. We brought down some stuff from the guest house that were more kid friendly. Well stocked with linens and beach towels. Our only complaint is it was very hot and there is no AC. The fans only get you so far. Also, the frog noise all night was very annoying. Bring ear plugs!! They saved us. Overall, a great family vacation spot. We hung out at the pool a lot and had great sunsets. Wonderful location. Lap of luxury!!

Outstanding Property!

The photos of this gorgeous home do not do it justice! When our group of 12 arrived, we were in awe of how big the house is, the beautiful gardens and the fantastic outdoor spaces. This is truly a hidden gem! We were there with a front row seat from the hot tub to see the July 4th fireworks in the bay below the property. If you are looking for comfortable, peaceful, beautiful accommodations for your group - this is it!
