As you enter the brightly decorated home you will immediately venture up the stairs for a piece of Beachwalk Resort paradise. The perfect spot for small families looking for a beach getaway. Open up the French doors to expand the living room space out to the veranda.

Located in Beachwalk Resort just a short walk to the beach and resort amenities.

PARKING
2 parking spaces; 2 in front along the road, please do not park in the driveway behind the house. All cars must be tagged with a parking pass.

HOUSE RULES
-No smoking or vaping indoors

-No Prom Parties
-No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties
-No fireworks
-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

RENTAL PERIOD
Awave From it All “Coach House” rents on its own outside mid-June through mid-August. Need a bigger space take a look at The Get Awave. Be sure to ask about our off-season specials.
This home rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
