The house is situated on a street with some shops and cafes that are very convenient and do not impose in any way on the enjoyment of the holiday. In fact the amenities are very convenient. A general food store is available at the end of the street and has everything you need.
The railway station is a 10 minute walk away and the beach is just 2 minutes away where there are more restaurants and cafes.
The property is very clean and fresh and well appointed. Patrick has even equipped a utility room with tools and cleaning equipment that will cover just about every eventuality.
Patrick communicated via text message to check we were Ok on a few occasions and was, we feel available if needed. There was no need to for help because everything was made available.
If I could give 6 stars I would.

La maison est située dans une rue avec quelques magasins et cafés qui sont très pratiques et n'empêchent en rien le plaisir des vacances. En fait, les équipements sont très pratiques. Un magasin d'alimentation générale est disponible au bout de la rue et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin.
La gare est à 10 minutes à pied et la plage est à seulement 2 minutes où il y a plus de restaurants et de cafés.
La propriété est très propre et fraîche et bien aménagée. Patrick a même équipé une buanderie avec des outils et du matériel de nettoyage qui couvriront à peu près toutes les éventualités.
