Great two weeks in Chatelaillon Plage

Great house, with a lovely enclosed garden, 10 minutes walk from beach and town. The house is well equiped with a good range of kitchen utensils, board games and toys for the kids, some beach equipment. We spent most of our holiday car free, just hiring a car for 2 days to explore the wider area. The beach at Chatelaillon is excellent at mid to high tide, but it is worth noting that the tide goes out a long way over mud flats, Weston-Super-Mare style. Note that you are required to do your own cleaning at this property and a 500 Euro cash deposit is required on arrival; this was returned to us with no problem. The owners met us on arrival and again on departure, and were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Had a wonderful stay. Owners were very helpful and gave us full guidance tour when we met them to get the keys. Secluded garden and everything we needed including a secure store for our tandem. Quick walk into the village and to the beach and a Boulanger 250 metres away. Easy access to the main road La Rochelle to Rochefort. Very quiet.

Residence bien au calme ,seulement à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et de la rue commerçante. Bien équipé, jardin très agréable, on peut manger dehors grâce à l’auvent devant la maison

Très bon séjour dans gîte parfait pour une famille avec enfants

Le séjour a débuté par un très bon accueil des propriétaires, qui ont été très arrangeants. Le gîte est chaleureux et très bien équipé (avec en plus équipement bébé à disposition), et se situe dans une rue calme. Le jardin est bien entretenu et très agréable, et la terrasse est idéale pour profiter du soleil. Proche du centre de Châtelaillon et de la plage, le gîte permet également de rejoindre rapidement les routes principales permettant de visiter les alentours. Pour conclure, nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Séjour très agréable avec un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Maison au calme avec un jardin cocon et très fleuri.Nous avons vécu ces trois semaines à l’extérieur ! Il a fait particulièrement beau! A 10 mn d’une très belle plage et à 15mn d’un marché couvert qui propose d’excellents produits. Nous avons été conquis et nous reviendrons !

Un séjour agréable avec des propriétaires très accueillant. Le jardin est parfait pour des vacances reposantes en famille. La maison est tout a fait conforme à l'annonce et comme prevu plus adaptée aux gabarits moyens, la salle de bain notamment.Notre séjour a été très agréable dans cette station familiale.
