About this property

Furnished, 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, traditional beach house on a extra large lot.
The house located across the street from the beach, has beach views and steps to the beach entrance.
Normandy Beach is a family community and is 5 miles south of the Point Pleasant Beach/Bay Head area.
The house is designed as top bottom living with the kitchen and living/family room located on the second floor.
The kitchen/living room/family room is an open area with a cathedral ceiling and skylights.
There are also two bedrooms with one king and one queen, one full bathroom, an enclosed front porch and a wraparound rear deck on the second floor. The first floor has three bedrooms with bedroom one having a king bed, the second bedroom having two queens and the third bedroom having four twins.
There is also a laundry room with storage and full bathroom on first floor.
There is also large capacity washer and dryer.
The cottage has a high efficient heating system and CA/C system.
The house sleeps up to 14 people.
There are two outside hot/cold water showers; one enclosed with a toilet and vanity and the other is open.
There is a heated pool with a cedar wood deck around the pool.
There is large grass backyard and a fire pit to the side.
There is off-street parking for up to 5 to 6 cars.
We do not provide bed linens and towels due to corona.
We do not provide beach badges.

Wonderful experience!

The house was just as promised, steps from the beach, and large heated pool. The owners had lots of extras that made it very special. Enough beach chairs, outside seating, pool toys, and even bikes and surf boards. They were also quick in their communications and were kind enough to allow us to check in early. Would love to stay there again!!

Great House, Great Location and most amazing host.

We loved this house. We rented it for 1 week and didn’t want to leave. The house is by the beach which made it great when you have kids. The house is amazing, spacious, clean, and huge for our family of 14 people. The host was responsive and very generous providing supplies needed during our stay. We loved the touch of flowers and the welcoming cake. Thanks letting us at your house. We would love to come back.
