Sip your morning coffee from your porch or patio area where you can take a walk 3 houses to the beach entrance to view the ocean and possibly catch the morning dolphins or whales that swim by. This home offers a living room, updated kitchen, dining room on the first floor accompanied by two bedrooms and a full bath. The upstairs loft area features a high wooden ceiling with ample options for sleeping including 2 sets of bunk beds, a queen bed, and a futon style couch along with a 2nd bathroom. Walk out onto the 2nd floor deck to breathe in the fresh salt air and catch the mesmerizing colors of the sunset across the bay each evening. The garage is stacked with bikes, kayaks, paddleboard, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, tents and umbrellas. Walking distance to top dining areas/shops. Ocean block.
