Elegant villa directly on the lake

Calamita - a romantic villa right on beautiful Lake Garda.
Our house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious living room
also includes a dining room. The kitchen has been completely redone this year
and equipped with everything you need to cook Italian.
We have a barbecue in the garden and are olive and
Orange trees. It bloom Bouganville, oleander and rosemary. If the late
Afternoon will leave the lake the day tourists a unique
Experience sunset.

In nearby Campione is a surf and kite center and in Gargnano
enjoy a typical Mediterranean village with many small
Restaurants and shops. However, you want some more rest so recommend
be hiking or biking in the mountains of Tremosine and Tignale.

Verona, Mantua and Brescia can be reached in an hour.
Enjoy the beauty and deals to Lake Garda and the region. : -}

Idyllic

Sensational position on the lake with everything provided. Even though the weather wasn’t great we loved just being there appreciating the sensational views and in spite of snow on the mountains the water was still OK to swim in late September. Some lovely restaurants and delicatessen in the area - Would definitely like to come back

Das Anwesen ist überwältigend. Wir haben dort eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Beim Check in haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und konnten uns jeder Zeit an die Gastgeberin wenden wenn es Fragen gab. Niedliche kleine Villa am See

Es war traumhaft. Am Etagenbett für die Kinder (oben) wäre nur ein Rausfallschutz ratsam. Ansonsten keine Beanstandungen. Vielleicht sehen wir uns wieder.

Ein traumhaftes Fleckchen Erde

Wir haben 11 traumhaft schöne Tage im absoluten Paradies des Gardasees verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ein Traum! Das Haus hat absoluten Charme, auch wenn es ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hatte ich ein Strahlen im Gesicht weil das Anwesen direkt am Lago di Garda so schön ist. Im Haus haben wir uns eigentlich nur zum Schlafen aufgehalten. Hier war der Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer ein Traum. Er hat in der Nacht ein wenig Abkühlung gebracht. Es wäre eine Überlegung wert, auch im Wohnzimmer einen Deckenventilator anzubringen. Unsere Kinder sind vom Kinderzimmer ins Wohnzimmer auf die Schlafcouch umgezogen, weil es im Kinderzimmer trotz offenem Fenster nachts sehr heiß und stickig war. Den Verkehr der Gardesana direkt hinter dem Haus haben wir zwar gehört aber es hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Man gewöhnt sich auch schnell daran und hört es auch nicht mehr. Zum Abendessen sind wir in die Umliegenden Restaurants nach Gargnano, Gardola (die Pizzeria in der Kurve), La Terrazia, usw gefahren. Es war überall immer sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch, sich einen Roller zu mieten um so den Gardasee und das Umland zu erkunden. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub am See!

Ohne wenn und aber beste Stelle am ganzen Gardasee 👍

Die kleine Villa ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber sehr viel italienischen Charme. Wer Komfort liebt, sollte in eines der zahlreichen Hotels ziehen. Wer Privatsphäre braucht und den besten Blick über See und Berge haben möchte, ist an der schönsten Stelle! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben jederzeit ein offenes Ohr! Für Menschen, die nicht unbedingt in jeder Hinsicht deutsche Standards ansetzen, ist es der perfekte Ort!❤️❤️

Traumhafter See-und Bergblick

Das Haus mit den fantastischen Ausblicken aus dem Schlafzimmer (so möchte man morgens aufwachen), dem Wohnzimmer und der wunderschönen Terrasse, ist liebevoll gestaltet und liegt direkt am See unterhalb der Straße mit eigenem Seeeinstieg. Wir konnten sogar Ende September noch herrlich im See schwimmen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen-für uns war das Wabern des Wassers beruhigend. Die Küche ist ganz neu, das Badezimmer mit neuer Badewanne versehen und mit altem Charme. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und es blühte noch herrlich. Der auf dem eigenen Grundstück befindliche Parkplatz ist glücklicherweise groß genug, um das Auto zum Ein-und Ausfahren komfortabel zu rangieren und steht sicher, da das Tor sogar abschließbar ist, soweit man das möchte. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation mit den super netten Eigentümern hat hervorragend funktioniert-sie waren immer erreichbar. Wir waren so begeistert und haben uns gefragt, ob wir es auch bei Regen so geliebt hätten. Das Wohnzimmer ist aber so gemütlich und der Blick auf den See und die Berge sicher auch bei Regen, ein schönes Buch lesend, ebenso faszinierend. Zum Joggen sind wir nach Campione oder Gargnano (ebenso zum Essen), da man vom Haus aus natürlich nicht loslaufen kann-also jedenfalls bietet sich das Laufen auf der Gardesana nicht an. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt an einer tollen Stelle des Gardasees und wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Perfekte Location am Gardasee

Die wunderbare Woche in Tignale wurde mit einem sehr freundlichen und ausführlichen Mail-Wechsel über Anfahrt etc. eingeleitet. Die herzliche und charmante Begrüßung lies von Beginn an den Urlaub zu einem luxuriösen Erlebnis werden. Das Haus und die Terrasse waren in einem Top Zustand, die Küche neu eingerichtet und ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Lage am See ist unvergleichlich, der morgendliche Austritt vom Schlafzimmer auf die umgehende Veranda über dem See unter der aufgehenden Sonne kann nicht getoppt werden. Es hat einfach alles gepaßt. Wir waren sehr dankbar, ein solches Objekt für den Urlaub mieten und bewohnen zu dürfen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch direkt am Ufer des Gardasees. Die abgelegene Lage kam uns in der aktuellen Coronasitution sehr entgegen. Die Hauptstraße direkt am Haus hat uns persönlich nur bedingt gestört. Die Auststattung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und der Ausblick aus dem Elternschlafzimmer einfach traumhaft. Das Stockbett im Kinderzimmer ist allerdings sehr wackelig und knarzig und für ältere und größere Kinder nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Eine Alternative bietet hier die Schlafcouch. Wer gerne von Mücken gestochen wird, sollte unbedingt einen entsprechenden Schutz mitnehmen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
