The Bastide of Villecroze


Bastide in Villecroze of 200m², located 5 min walk from the center of the village. In the middle of a park of 6000m² fenced and planted with olive trees, vine
yards and other Mediterranean species. 4 double bedrooms, one of which is independent and 1 triple bedroom. Each room is equipped with a shower room or bathroom and a toilet. An additional w-c is on the 1st floor. Air conditioning and fan in all rooms. Central heating throughout the Bastide. Large fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, five spout gas cooker and oven, microwave, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, American fridge. Iron and ironing board. Vacuum cleaner. TV lounge, CD player. Wifi throughout the Bastide. Private swimming pool of 10 m by 5 m heated, salt filter with alarm and shower. The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 15 September. Outdoor terrace with living room ,dining area and electric plancha. Bed linen, bath and pool towels are provided as well as kitchen towels.
The cleaning on the day of your departure and laundry ARE INCLUDED in the rental price. A deposit of € 500 must be paid into our bank account before your arrival and will be returned to you no later than 10 days after your departure if no damage is caused.
We accept one small dog per stay. Note that between July 12th and August 30th 2025 rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Stunning French Escape

Recently stayed at the Bastide of Villecroze and had the most wonderful, relaxing time. Phillipe’s place is so beautiful - photos do not do it justice. Phillipe was welcoming, great with communication and very helpful. The villa was very well kept, the gardens were stunning and the town of Villecroze just a short walk away is gorgeous. We would love to come back again one day

Maybe Best Ever

We have stayed in many rental properties over the years but I cannot remember a better one than the Bastide of Villecroze. Its a shame the ratings do not go beyond five stars because this rental certainly deserves higher. Its a beautiful property, quiet, well-appointed, roomy and clean. Its a reasonable drive to other attractions in Provence and to the Cote d'Azur. And finally, Phillipe and Allain who live in the same building are very responsive and helpful but not at all intrusive. I'd like to go back one day.

C’est magnifique!

We had the privilege of staying at the Bastide of Villecroze for a week and highly recommend this property. The house is very comfortable, spacious and perfect for our needs with a full bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the patio area is lovely and overlooks beautiful landscaping. The interior is immaculate and one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. It is in great proximity to so many charming villages and the village of Villecroze (a 5 minute walk) does not disappoint either. The bakery there has delicious breads and croissants. We also had a great lunch at La Place, in the village center. Our highest praise, however, goes to the owners, Philippe and Alain, who could not have been more charming and welcoming. They assisted us with restaurant reservations, and generally were readily available to assist us in any way. They made our trip even more special and we feel so lucky that we were able to stay at their beautiful villa. Thank you again, Philippe and Alain, for your hospitality and a wonderful week!

Très belle bastide avec du charme et du confort (espace dans la maison et chaque chambre a sa salle de douche/bain avec toilette). L’extérieur est top aussi ! Piscine, plancha, terrain de pétanque, parfait pour passer un week end entre amis. Je recommande !

Bons moments passés en famille dans la bastide provençale, ambiance champêtre et confort optimal, la maison est bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Bastide de Philippe et Alain qui sont des hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants et de bons conseils pour découvrir les sites de la région. La Bastide est bien située dans un jardin paysagé avec goût, au milieu d'oliviers entre autres. La piscine complète le décor. Les repas pris sous la tonnelle entourée de jasmin nous ont ravis. Le logement au charme provençal dispose de nombreux équipements et d'espaces.

Très beau séjour 7 personnes en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez Philippe et Alain. La bastide de Villecroze est très bien située. Toute proche de multiples attractions comme Tourtour, les gorges du verdon, Moustier St Marie, plusieurs producteurs de vins de renommée mondiales. La bastide est incroyable et chaque chambre sont comme des dépendances à elles seules avec leurs salles de bains independantes et climatisation. La piscine et le calme de l'emplacement sont vraiment des plus. Je recommande vivement !!!

Tout, l'accueil, le calme, la situation, le logement, la piscine, le jardin magnifiquement paysagé, la propreté , la fraîcheur de la bastide pour des nuits paisibles, l’équipement cuisine , les chaises longues autour de la piscine, la plancha, le coin terrasse abrité… tout était parfait! Un séjour fort agréable dans cette magnifique bastide.

Un week-end parfait entre amis, pour se reposer, profiter d'un environnement calme, au cœur du Var. Une bastide parfaitement tenue par Alain et Philippe. 1 sdb / chambre, climatisation. Piscine suffisamment grande pour 8 personnes. Parking sur place ou dans la rue. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ! Et espérons revenir !
