A pleasant apartment located 150 metres from the beach on the other side. It features one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, a balcony, and a kitchenette, making it very functional. You’ll enjoy a lovely view of the sea from the balcony, where you can have a meal. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, shops, and a variety of activities (gym, swimming, sailing, a pool with a slide, tennis, etc.). Private and secure parking is available. You’ll be 1.5 km from city centre and all amenities. A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of your departure after the property inspection.
