Great place to stay for a Round Top vacation

Had a great weekend stay at the Bardominium. Well kept, clean, and comfortable beds. Pool was great and proximity to town was fantastic.

Perfect Girls Trip!

We had the best experience at this darling barn apartment. Location can't be beat, it was clean, beds were comfy, and apartment had everything we could need. Owners were very helpful throughout entire booking experience and stay. We will definitely be back!

Birthday for my college daughter at RT Spring

This was my third time staying at this wonderful Roundtop property! It’s very close to RT town center so very convenient to shopping and nightlife! Always clean, comfy and a great time. The grounds are beautiful! Thank you for another great stay we will be back!

Great stay in Roundtop

Amazingly close to all the action and town center! Charming and historic property. Owners couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming. Highly recommend for antique show shoppers! Real Roundtop experience!

Perfect Accommodations!

Some friends and I stayed here for the Antique Market at Round Top. The barndominium was darling, immaculate, incredibly comfortable and just perfect for our group. The owners were very kind, accommodating and timely in all their communications and suggestions. I cannot say enough great things about this experience.

Great Stay for RT Spring Antique Fair

My daughters and I found this very comfortable and spacious. Loved sitting out by the pool in the evenings with out wine, watching the sunset. We did bring some things in to cook, but counter space is pretty much nonexistent and not a lot of cooking pans - so we ate out! Very much enjoyed the stay and comfortable beds - so close to RT center.

Comfy Barndominium

This was our second time to stay with this amazing host. It's super close to Round Top Square which is nice during the Antiques Festival. The hosts always provide clear instructions and are super responsive. It's a two story dwelling on the owner's property with the bedrooms upstairs. Very clean and comfortable. The frig is a little small if you have a larger group but they have a smaller frig for overflow. The ice machine is a PLUS! There's a fun whiteboard and ping-pong table downstairs in the living area. We sat around the pool area and had wine while we watched the cows roam during the early evening. Very relaxing! We'll stay again!

GREAT place to stay for Antique Fest!

A group of eight of us stayed in this cute "barndominium" for the Antique Festival and had a great time! Very close to Round Top Square and all the shopping. The pics and description are exactly on point. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed for our girl's weekend. If your party is all adults, keep in mind there are bunk beds so make sure they are limber enough to climb on top. :) But the mattresses and linens were comfy. Although too cold to use the pool, we got to sit beside it in the mornings and evenings to watch the sunset and have a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The cows came up to the gate and added that extra touch of country living. We had access to the actual barn that had an ice machine which was a great perk! The owners were very communicative. We had a little issue with getting checked in but Michael made all the necessary adjustments to make it right and we settled in nicely. He even came by to check on us to be sure we were well taken care of and knew where everything was including turning on the outside property lights.

Precious and Peaceful

We had a very relaxing time at the ranch. My kids loved lounging by the pool during the day and the stars were amazing at night. We enjoyed playing darts, pool, bags..... The views were just beautiful!! Thank you for having us.

The covered pool is EVERYTHING!! This was a perfect escape for our family and meeting up with friends from Austin. So close t everything, this place is a new favorite!

When can we return?

I go to Round Top nearly every year, and so far, this is my favorite property! It was spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and just what we were looking for. The owners were absolutely wonderful and our girl group had an amazing time! Andrea went above and beyond to take care of things and communication was great! We definitely plan to return. Who Knew Staying in A Barn Could be SOO FUN

We came down for Round Top Market and stumbled on this gem. Great location- close to town- beautiful property and well equipped condo. Comfy beds with blinds, and the bathroom was en-suite in the master! It really doesn't feel like a barn at all. it feels like a great designed condo.

Lovely place in the hill country

We had a lovely and peaceful time at this hill country property. Our kids loved swimming in the pool, and we loved relaxing by the pool. (We were pleasantly surprised by the full sized fridge and stove as couldn’t tell those were available amenities in the listing.)

Unique spot to stay in Round Top

We are a family of five- including three kids five and under. Plenty of space, bedrooms, outdoor fun and experiences to keep kids occupied and happy. Pool is clean and cool. Kitchen is well stocked with what you would need for a weekend away from home. So quiet that you can actually hear yourself think for a change. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous and restorative!

Our group of six had an amazing time. Michael and his son made sure we had everything we needed. The breeze was spectacular, even in August. The scenery was so picturesque!! The kitchenette is tiny but had everything we needed. The beds were clean and comfy. Highly recommend!!!

Rocky Creek Farms is tops in Round Top

Made a last weekend of summer trip to Rocky Creek Farms for the family. Kids loved the ping pong and pool table. Mom and Dad loved the pool and the peace and quiet. Just a mile from the shops and restaurants in Round Top made it the perfect place to stay. The barndominium has everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. We will definitely consider coming back.

Great Property

We stayed over the weekend at the Rocky Creek Farm. It was perfect for our kids (8 months, 3 and 7) with both a treehouse and pool. The owners were very hospitable. Would definitely recommend.
