This Townhome is in a prime location with a very short walk (down a gravel path from the parking lot) to the Boulder Lake Club as well as the Boulder Lake Tavern. It is also less than 1 mile to the slopes at Big Boulder Ski, and close to Jack Frost as well as a free indoor waterparks!!! On the weekends live music from the tavern can be heard from our deck or if you want, enjoy it at the tavern along with drinks on the lake and walk back! Access to the lake club is only available during the summer months ( Memorial day weekend to Labor Day as well as Weekend in September weather permitting-). Fire pits and any outdoor fires are absolutely strictly prohibited in the community. Fireworks of any kind, no matter how small, are absolutely prohibited by the association as well These rules are seriously enforced by community security and the neighbors.

PETS
Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge for your stay. The pet fee will be requested on your day of check in and must be approved prior to checking in. Our HOA only allows one dog to be at the unit. The HOA also restricts Pittbulls, Rottweilers and Doberman. Please let me know before check-in so I can send you a payment request and you can enjoy the company of your pets during your stay.

Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster in the parking lot. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes.
