This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single story home awaits the arrival of you and your family.  Located in the gated Mt Baker Rim Community, moments away from the Snowqualmie National Forest and the Nooksack River, Woodland bungalow is the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and make lasting memories.
With an inviting one story floor plan, this home offers everything you need to settle in quickly. Glass doors lead to the front patio, where you will find ample seating and a gas BBQ grill.  Both front and back yards are spacious and host endless entertaining possibilities during the extended summer nights in the Pacific Northwest.

Main floor
With a spacious living room furnished with brand new leather furniture a flat screen TV and open concept to the kitchen and dining area. The open kitchen is great for preparing meals while still enjoying the luxury of being a part of the conversation. Down the hallway off to the left is the first bedroom offering 2 twin beds while on the opposite side of the hallway is a full bathroom. A little further down the hallway to the right is the 2nd bedroom featuring a queen size Murphy Bed. The master bedroom sits off to the left of the hallway featuring a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom.

Outside you can enjoy the covered front porch and soak up the morning rays and relish your morning coffee to get your day of adventure started, or a glass of wine to relax and unwind from your day of exploration. Woodland Bungalow is located in the perfect spot making it a great base camp to explore the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie national forest. Giving you the chance to savor the fresh mountain air as well as a change of scenery that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

Important Notes:

Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.

Technology:WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internet are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online.  **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:  We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.

Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away).  There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations.  Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons.  Please come prepared with provisions.

Parking Information
**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required.
-Parking is not permitted on roads within the Mt Baker Rim community.
-Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.
- Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay, and all vehicles MUST be parked in the driveway.

*VRBO does not provide hosts with any guest information other than name. Guests must upload a valid Government issued Photo ID to host for security and safety purposes. This will be requested via text message, through Guest Ranger. Check-in instructions (with house address and lock codes) will be sent via email once guest verification has been completed. Guests must e-sign Luxury Getaways Rental Agreement within 24 hours of reservation, this will be emailed
