The Apartment

The apartment "L'Impérial 2" is located on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, a landmark and iconic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port, directly opposite the old lighthouse, with a view of the sea. There is no better location to experience local life—watch the fishing boats head out to sea and return with their catch, see the local fishermen sorting the fish and setting up their stalls. This is a fantastic living space just two minutes’ walk from all the amenities and the beach.

L'Impérial 2 is a fully equipped apartment offering great comfort. It features two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and one with a 140 cm double bed. The living room offers an unbeatable view of the old lighthouse, the canal, and the sea, along with a fully equipped kitchen corner. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

It is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Everything is designed for your comfort, with no direct neighbors, away from prying eyes, yet within walking distance of all shops and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The living area is light-filled and inviting, with a convertible sofa, TV, and air conditioning. Rest and relax in one of the two cozy bedrooms with a simple, clean design.

The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking.
Additional requests will incur an extra charge:

Sehr schöne Wohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und wie beschrieben, direkt am Zentrum, Meer und am Hafen, mit einer tollen Aussicht!Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!Einziges Manko, der Parkplatz ist etwas weiter weg, aber wir konnten mit unserem Auto zum Aus- und Einladen direkt vor der Wohnung halten und haben unser Auto durch die tolle Lage nicht gebraucht.

le logement correspond à l'annonce proposée. Il a été refait à neuf et les équipements sont de qualité. Situé à proximité immédiate des plages et de tous les commerces. Il permet de passer un séjour sans etre obligé de prendre son véhicule ; Une place de parking privé est disponible avec ce logement ce qui est un plus car les parkings de la ville sont tous payants et souvent complets. Un séjour agréable , je recommande sans probleme

Appartement bien placé, bien exposé , propre et entretenu, contenant tout le nécessaire à notre séjour., . Résidence calme en cette saison . La proximité de la mer et du port, des boutiques , du marché en fait un endroit privilégié. L’arrivée des bateaux de pêche depuis le balcon est toujours un spectacle privilégié.. Logement vraiment très bien situé mais assez loin du parking si vous êtes chargé. Le matelas double est une véritable cuvette et ne permet pas de bien dormir. Bon séjour malgré une odeur tenace de chien et de raclette...

Nice Seaview Appartment

The location is really excellent. Right at the seaside, with view at the lighthouse and fisher boots. You can even enjoy the sunset from the balcony. There is a vera nice new and well-equipped kitchen in the apartment with enough of everything. The apartment has a washing machine and a big balcony with washing lines locking at the backyard, accessible from the big bedroom. The shower needs a bit renovation and the small bedroom smelled not nicely. Also, we found the mattress in the main bedroom to soft. The building itself has seen better days but is overall in a good condition.
