About this property

A refreshing retreat in a beautiful green setting

A magnificent ground-floor apartment in a house with two large terraces and 6,000 m² of landscaped grounds. Right next to the Massif de l’Étoile, Sainte Baume, and Sainte Victoire. Just a short distance from Marseille (9 minutes by train from the Marseille Blancarde station, and 14 minutes from the Saint-Charles station).
You’ll also be about 20 minutes from the beaches of Cassis, either by car or by train from the Aubagne station.
The house is situated in a wonderful setting. It stays very cool in the summer.

Urlaub im Traumhaus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann. Es ist ruhig, der große Garten mit Tischtennisplatte und Baumhaus ist toll, man kann sofort vom Haus aus super wandern und sowohl nach Marseille als auch Cassis sind es unter 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das größte Highlight sind jedoch die Calanques, die man auch in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichen kann! Die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter liefen problemlos und man hat sich sehr versorgt und willkommen gefühlt. Eine große Empfehlung an alle, die Südfrankreich lieben!
