Always a great time here in Windsor hills

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time staying in this townhouse. Always clean and have never had any issues. Kara Is always so pleasant and answers all of your questions. She has taken care of my family both times we have stayed.

Great location and nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay and the property was just what we needed. I do have a couple suggestions for the kitchen. It was missing a water pitcher (I wanted to make ice tea but had nothing to put it in), a pizza pan, and a pizza cutter. These are just a couple minor details which would have been nice to have.

A cozy rental that needs more attention.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was cozy even though it does need some updates. The counters in the kitchens were coming up. Place could have been cleaner. The pool bricks were coming up. And the pool heater didn't work great. The master bedroom upstairs the bed was AWFUL.

Great place, greay location

One problem with this town house is that the front door locks automatically, which makes it a pain to go to the vehicle and bring in groceries or anything when your hands are full. You always have to key in the code. The patio door has a alarm which goes off if you leave the patio door open for 5 seconds. I get security should be top notch but these two issues were just a pain. Other then that the place was very clean and as advertised.
