House was great and I would come back again. I have been going to orlando since 2004 renting out housing and this house is perfect. walmart is right down the road. front gate has a license plate readers so really secure. never got to use the pool, it was too cold for our stay. disney super close, in and out of disney fast. cleaning lady was a little abrasive but we only saw her on the way out.

We had a great stay at this property. Communication was top notch and all messages were answered promptly. The home is exactly as it looks online and was perfect for our family stay. Our kids really enjoyed the mickey and Minnie themed room and we all loved having our own bathroom!

The unit wasn't super clean. We found toothpaste dripping down the bathroom cabinet, and dried food (I hope) on the bed comforter. We love the resort, but weren't super impressed with the unit, itself.

Overall we loved our stay here. It was close to the parks and our youngest loved that it had stairs. I would suggest a couple of things like adding a baking pan for the kitchen as well as scissors in the kitchen.Also we weren’t able to use the pool at all due to it being too cold and no option to add pool heat. But overall a great place in a great location and great communication from management.

Stayed 2nd week April 2026. Listing as described. 2 issues: 1st day noticed kitchen sink faucet needed to be repaired. Management asked for a video of problem and they came out same day to replace it. We saw a few bugs go under the refrigerator. At first we thought this is typical Florida climate bugs, but one night after returning from the park we noticed them scatter near the fridge. My husband checked under the sink for bug spray, found a glue trap for pests. We put it out near fridge. The next morning there were many roaches in it. We contacted management and again they requested a video (attached). In less than an hour their pest control team came and sprayed. They confirmed that it was an infestation of German cockroaches; they moved the kitchen appliances and behind/under the fridge there were droppings and evidence of the German cockroaches in different stages from babies to adults. Everything was handled very quickly. We were a bit concerned about bringing them home and washed everything there before packing, then once home immediately rewashed and dried to do our due diligence of not bringing them home. It definitely caused sleepless nights of worry. I requested a partial refund. I received an email saying they'd get back to me with their response. More emails, 4 weeks later they said they handled it promptly and their pest control disclosure states that palmetto bugs are a normal condition in Florida's climate. German roach isn't palmetto. Cold pool, main great!

We had a great stay at this property, just as advertised. Bedrooms furniture do need a bit of an upgrade. We had a minor issue when accessing the property but the team handled it superbly the customer service was top tier. This property is great for small families. The Windsor Hills neighborhood is also top tier. Overall 5 stars in all aspects.

Great vacation home for our Disney family trip

The home was very comfortable and convenient for a family of five. Close to a Walmart and Publix to get supplies for the house. Close to Disney parks, restaurants and Orlando shopping outlets. Windsor Hills is a great community!

Perfect off-property Disney stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this location! Everything went very smoothly with no hiccups at all during our stay. It's about as close as you can get to Disney, with great resort amenities. The Disney theming felt very magical to my daughter. The walk to the main resort pool took just a few minutes, and about a minute, maybe less, if driving. Private pool was great too. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay

We have been coming to Orlando the last few years for worlds cheer competition. Windsor hills has never disappointed. Our whole team stays here. This property was perfect and made our stay that much more great. It was clean and comfortable and had every thing we needed. I would definitely stay at this place again. We had no problems at all with anything. The pool in the back was an added bonus. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and then some

Good Place for a Spring Vacation

Overall location was what was expected and close to amenities. There were some issues with the deadbolt and getting into the house when we first arrived but the host was able to quickly get us into the unit after a long day of travelling. The house overall could use a deep clean as there were some stains on the walls and carpets but didn’t feel like the house was dirty overall. The clubhouse and pool for Windsor Hills was amazing and was worth taking advantage of even with a baby. Amenities for a baby (travel crib, high chair, etc.) were a very nice touch and made our travel from out of country a little easier.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Communication

I was initially hesitant about this booking, as I had never paid outside of the VRBO platform before. The payment was processed through a company called iTrip, which made me a bit nervous at first. However, I’m so glad I went through with it—my concerns were completely put to rest. The communication was the best I’ve ever experienced with a vacation rental: fast, clear, and responsive. We encountered no issues during our stay. The townhome was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. On the one minor issue we did have, it was addressed immediately and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Arrived and had help from staff at access property. Staff were helpful and courteous. Property is clean and comfortable with good access to facilities on site. Security is good. Instructions were easy to follow. Contact has been easy with centre management and our issue of no curtains was sorted within a day. Very happy.
