Treat yourself to a relaxing getaway in a peaceful, green setting in the hills above Sainte-Luce, one of the most sought-after towns in southern Martinique.
Just 6 minutes from the town center, restaurants, and beaches, discover this spacious one-bedroom apartment of approximately 50 m², located on the top floor of a villa, ideal for a couple or two people.
Its real highlight? A magnificent 40 m² terrace, where you can enjoy meals, relax, or simply admire the view of the Caribbean Sea and the island of Saint Lucia in a tranquil environment.

The apartment includes:
• A comfortable bedroom with a fan and mosquito net.

• A large, bright living room with a fan, sofa, coffee table, and television.

• A bathroom and toilet.

• A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, ceramic cooktop, four microwaves or a mini-oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, barbecue, etc.

For your comfort, all linens are provided (sheets, bath and hand towels, kitchen towels, etc.). They are laundered during your stay, if necessary, and between each guest's stay, exclusively by me.

You also have unlimited Wi-Fi access and a reserved parking space right in front of the house.

An ideal location for exploring southern Martinique. Just 20 minutes from the airport, Sainte-Luce is renowned for its lively town center, numerous restaurants, and eleven beaches, accessible via the popular fitness trail along the coastline, perfect for walks by the sea.
Nature lovers will also appreciate the Montravail forest, located just 1 km from the property, where several marked trails invite you to stroll and picnic in the heart of a protected environment. Sainte-Luce is ideally located for exploring the entire island, whether you wish to enjoy the beaches, discover the treasures of Martinique, or simply relax in a peaceful setting with a beautiful sea view. This apartment will be an excellent starting point for your vacation.

Depending on the length of your stay and the number of people, a fee of up to €50 will be requested upon key collection to cover apartment preparation and the various services offered. The exact amount will be specified in the first message after your booking.

Spacieux avec superbe vue

Aménagement de l'appartement et du jardin realisé avec goût. De jolies fleurs : Un vrai paradis pour les oiseaux (colibris, sucriers ...). Équipement de l'appartement complet, et grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Merci Gaël pour votre accueil tres sympathique.

Tout à été parfait du début à la fin. Un bel accueil de notre hôtesse Gaël, charmante, ainsi que son mari Yannick. Un logement parfait, spacieux, terrasse et vue sublime, pas de vis à vis, calme et tranquille, bien équipé, à moins de 10 minutes des plages... Bref, que du bohneur. Tout était parfait. Le lieu de la location est en hauteur de ste Luce avec une belle vue sur la mer. L'appartement est bien équipé. Une belle petite attention fait maison à l'arrivée. Et le petit déjeuner en terrasse avec les petits colibris un rdv que ne me manquions jamais. Merci pour tout c'était de loin la meilleure location durant nos vacances. Très bon rapport qualité-prix .

Un magnifique séjour !

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour dans ce magnifique logement. Que dire? Gentillesse ++ des propriétaires, qui savent se montrer à la fois extrêmement discrets! Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé et vraiment très propre. Terrasse très agréable avec vue magnifique sur toute la baie de Ste Anne, qui nous parait être un super point d'ancrage pour visiter la Martinique. Bref, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et c'est avec grand grand plaisir que nous reviendrons chez Gaël !

Appartement très agréable ; terrasse avec une très belle vue.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par nos hôtes dans cet appartement, au dessus de chez eux. Les deux logements sont très independants. L'appartement où nous avons séjourné est agréable a vivre, propre et bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et très agréable. Quelle vue! Beaucoup d'intentions de bienvenue de la part des hôtes. A 10 min a peine de St Luce et de la N5, le logement est très bien situé.
