Our house is located on 11 acres of wooded land with a large sandy beach. Perfect getaway for your family! Fish, swim, kayak, or go for a canoe ride. The property is right off of ATV and snowmobile trails. Ride from the house to the trails. Explore local county parks as well. This house is the perfect year round getaway!

Great place to stay, especially with kids. They have all kinds of board games and toys. Our kids loved the beach area. Kristi is super responsive and it was our second time staying there!

Summer Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed being able to sit together at the large kitchen table. Everything you need or could think of needing was available. The kids loved the bowling, kayaks, toys, and beach. We hope to stay a full week next year! Thank you for the perfect multigeneration family vacation.

Great Beachside Property

A nice, secluded, clean, and comfortable house with easy access to the beach. Excellent kitchen. Fire pit, grill, outdoor chairs, and beach equipment all easily accessible. Communicative owners that were very easy to work with. Very easy and straightforward check in / check out.

Camp Scharl

Great house and property for our party of six. We were in the area for work. Worked all day, and fished all evening. Caught a bunch of fish, mostly walleye. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quality place on a lake!

Wonderful lake house with all the amenities.

I can’t say enough two wonderful things about this Lake House. The owners are wonderful to work with and the property is clean and a great spot to spend some time with family and have a lot of fun on the lake. We will definitely look to rent this lake house again!

Everything we could have hoped for!

Spent four nights here with a close group of friends. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Very clean, spacious, several bathrooms, and plenty of areas to hang out! Our group had a wide variety of ages and we all had an excellent time. The home is spacious, clean and had lots of extras. We loved all of the lake toys and fire pits. We would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing Location

The location of this house was amazing. The beach was perfect all day long. Even at 100 degrees out it was evenly shaded and relaxing. The house was the cleanest house I've ever stayed in. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us.

Great Experience

Pictures do not do justice as to how awesome this place is. Plenty of room for all with an open architecture that allows mingling very easy. Amenities were plentiful. We actually booked next years stay already.

Our family enjoyed the beach and all the water toys available for use. The house was very nice and plenty of room. The pole shed was nice to store extra items and a place to hide from the rain.

Great getaway in the woods

We had a great time! The beach was beautiful for nightly fires and a place for kids to play. We really appreciated all the toys (kayaks, canoe, etc). The home was equipped with everything you could need. We hope to come back!

The Seclude Lake Retreat was exactly that which we loved. So nice not to have another cabin on either side of you. Beautiful sandy beach area and lots of water toys for using. The house is spacious with everything you could possibly need. Our dogs loved the spacious yard for running. Hope to return next year

Excellent location!

The house war great! we loved that we didn't have to look for more activities, we had plenty of thing's to-do in the house, we loved the big table, we played board games, we made pit fires, we loved walking at night to the lake and watch the stars, the privacy of the property was a big plus, very well equipped, we had everything we needed in the kitchen because we cooked a lot! we would love to go back!! Large Family Cabin for All Seasons

This cabin was spacious for our large family gathering. We celebrated birthdays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The kitchen had everything we needed for making big meals. This cabin would be a special place to stay in spring, a spectacular summer vacation spot, a fantastic fall getaway, and a wonderful winter weekend head quarters for enjoying all the activities Hatfield/ Black River Falls/ Jackson and Clark county have to offer. Our family would love to come again in any season.

Everything was Perfect

We stayed Thurs-Sun., and had a wonderful stay. We celebrated an 80th birthday while we were there. The gathering areas are large and fit our group perfectly. The property was absolutely perfect. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the owners were helpful with any questions I had. The property itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the lake and fire pit. The location was convenient. Close to UTV Trails, a Casino, restaurants, and anything that you would need. I would highly recommend, and hope to come back sometime soon!

Beautiful Property

The property is located in the woods, just off the UTV/ATV trails which is why we were vacationing in Wisconsin. Even though the trails are close, it is secluded, and you aren't bothered by others. You may hear a train or two, but that didn't happen often. The owners let you have use of the pole barn so your trailers and vehicles are inside while you are out trail riding. This is a huge plus for us! On a morning walk you will see deer and other wildlife. Book this vacation home, you won't be disappointed.
