Our 2-level villa w/3BR & 3BA, is located in Port Royal Village- just outside the 4-Star Westin Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort and Spa entrance. Our Condo usually sells out from May through August every year. We get the Most Reviews with the Highest Satisfaction Ranking in our category. Guests love the location, cleanliness, and convenience. From the villa, you can bike, drive (or) take the shuttle to the Westin beach (3-5 min). or Take a scenic walk for 1 of 2 beaches (5-10 min)-no highways to cross like the Northeast beaches!

Our condo building sits at a dead end of a quiet, scenic village Our rear balcony stairs are only steps away from the gate of the largest villa pool with a children's pool, and plenty lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. Enjoy a close, direct view of the pool from your deck. Perfect to watch your kids, check on family, take a quick break, or carry your stuff. Rarely crowded even in peak summer, it's relaxing and convenient- when you are not in the mood to head to the beach or resort. Great for late afternoon shade or sun-and happy hour!

Inside the condo…***NEW MODERN TOTAL BATHROOM RENOVATIONS- JANUARY 2024! 2016 Upgrades include new Kitchen w/Granite Counters/Cherry Cabinets & Refriderator/freezer, New Bedroom Furniture/Lamps, New 50" HD TV in Family, HD TV in Bedrooms. Incredible view of the large village pool from the spacious living area with a cathedral ceiling consisting of a beautifully decorated area with a sleeper sofa, chairs, wifi, Smart HDTV's, and wireless internet. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area (6 chairs) with sliders to the deck overlooking the pool/gas grills. First floor spacious Master (room for a crib!) w/double sink vanities, fully tiled showers w/hand-held shower heads, and a seat. Upstairs-2nd Private Master BR's w/King, modern bath suite, and a Guest BR w/private shower/tub, 1 sink. Each bedroom can be arranged with 1 King or 2 Twins. With the sleeper sofa in the living area, your villa's capacity is eight! Each villa has large washer /dryer, so pack less and don't worry about extra towels.

There are a multitude of activities at Ocean Palms. First, be sure to rent a mountain bike with a basket! Imagine riding your bikes to the private beach entrance at the Westin in 3-5 minutes, then onto flat beaches as the morning sun rises, or on bike paths through nearby villages. These beaches are known to be one of the best in the country.

The Westin offers a complimentary shuttle from Ocean Palms Resort to the hotel, the beach and even the Port Royal Golf Course and Shop. If you have things to carry like a stroller, or beach chairs-just call the Westin, and a shuttle will pick you up in minutes, and drop you off at the beach entrance. Actually, we like to throw all our stuff in the car-then drive right down to the beach access and park there. Not far, just convenient.

Golfers enjoy Free daily greens fees(you pay for cart)- for up to 4 players EACH DAY. Golf Package includes 3 Golf Clubs with 6 courses-including Port Royal (3), Shipyard (27 holes), and Oyster Reef. You'll save hundreds of dollars!
