We had a wonderful stay at this charming house and would happily recommend it to others.The location is excellent: just a short walk from the beach, yet far enough from the busy center to enjoy peace and tranquility. The fully enclosed garden was a real highlight for us. It is spacious enough for a large car and provides a safe environment for pets, allowing owners to relax without worrying about animals wandering off.The property also includes a barbecue area for guests who enjoy outdoor cooking. The kitchen is practical and efficient for everyday meals, although it does not have an oven.The accommodations are simple but full of character and charm. Accessibility is generally good; we were traveling with an elderly family member who had difficulty walking and found access to the property easy and convenient. However, guests with more severe mobility limitations should be aware that the toilet facilities may present some challenges.Overall, this is a lovely place to stay, combining comfort, tranquility, and a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return.

Nous avions besoin : - d’un terrain clôturé, - proche de la plage (moins d’une minute à pieds )- un endroit propre.Nous avons trouvé ce que nous souhaitions. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture à l’intérieur.Le centre ville est à 2kms (env. 25 minutes de marche aller) idéal pour effectuer une marche quotidienne en bord de plage. Pour nous, la salle de bain n’est pas standard mais convient très bien aux beaux jours.

Logement tres proche de la plage. La pièce de vie/cuisine est agréable, la chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement par contre la salle de douche est petite et vétuste. Pas de linge de lit pour le clic clac. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et très réactive.

Leider war die Unterkunft eher ein Reinfall, negativ ist uns aufgefallen - gesamte Wohnung unsauber - Abfluss im Bad ist mit Frischhaltefolie und Panzertap an der Wand fixiert, riecht auch nach Abfluss - Vogeldreck an der Lampe im Bad - Elektrodosen im Schlafzimmer liegen offen - Geschirr schmutzig - grillecke komplett verrostet (Besteck und Grillroste) - Terrasse Fassade pröckelt ab und verrostet - Bad Fliesen verschimmelt - Duschvorhang mussten wir erstmal waschen - über der Dusche lössen sich die Dachpfanne. Da nicht alles schlecht war hier die positiven Seiten der Unterkunft niederschreiben- lage wunderbar nah am Meer - Küche neu - Waschmaschine - Grundstück Hunde geeignet - Parkplatz direkt im Garten - Vermieterin antwortet sofort Klimagerät - Vermieterin

Vacances reposantes

Belle maison privée pour se détendre avec un accès direct à la plage. Communication bonne et rapide en cas de questions. L'appartement était conforme à la description. À proximité immédiate, il y a un petit supermarché et un stand de produits frais au marché. En outre, un restaurant avec un bar et des cocktails. En quelques minutes de marche, on arrive à la promenade officielle de la plage avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Superbe quartier calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

La proximité avec la mer était génial et des propriétaires très réactif. Seul bémol le manque d'insonorisation avec l'appartement du haut . Difficile de dormir quand on entend les voisins aller faire leur besoin au milieu de la nuit ou autres.

Séjour à Valras

Nous avons apprécié la situation du logement, très proche de la plage et des commodités. La place de stationnement dans le jardin est un vrai plus. La belle terrasse ombragée est très agréable pour profiter pleinement de l'extérieur. Nous avons néanmoins été surpris par la topographie de l'appartement, la porte d'entrée ouvre sur la salle d'eau mais rien qui empêche de passer un bon séjour. Le vrai point faible de ce petit appartement est vraiment l'isolation phonique : nous avons bien profité des voisins du dessus ainsi que de ceux d'à côté...
