Le Nid is a beautiful apartment perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Just renovated you'll be in the heart of Avoriaz !
This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment has been renovated in 2019 and is located on 2nd level of residence Fontaines Blanches in the heart of Avoriaz.
Entrance with large closet. Independant toilet and bathroom on the left with bathroom.
Fully equiped kitchen on your right with dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
Living room is composed of a dining table, a sofa bed with access to the beautiful balcony (views over Hauts-Forts and town)
The room for kids has a triple bunk beds and is accessible from the entrance or the living room. 2 wide foldable doors allow the living room to be larger during the day with the room open. At night it can be closed so the kids can sleep and parents enjoy living room.
Ski locker accessible at the entrance of the residence.
All the appartement is at your disposal
We are available at any time if needed.
Fontaines Blanches neighborhood is right at the center of Avoriaz : bars, shops and supermarkets at the bottom of the building. You can also easily access slopes from the apartment !
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can join the apartement with a shuttle. Price is around 13€ for the family.
Feel free to ask if you have any question ! Cleaning, beds linen and towels are included.

Une excellente expérience de location grâce à l’agence Immodreams: un studio parfait pour notre séjour en famille de 5 personnes (2 adultes et 3 enfants) et un excellent service client grâce à Johann, efficace, aimable et joignable très facilement.

Great location, nice apartment
Nice modernly finished apartment with great sunny balcony in the middle of the liveliness of Avoriaz. Poor WiFi quality. Not super clean. The cleaning service for sure never goes under the sofa or the bunk bed. None of the pans fit together on the two cooking plates, they are all too big.

Appartement très cocooning!! Super joli, bien chauffé et très bien équipé. On se sent comme chez soi! Très confortable après une bonne journée de ski! Johann est très aimable et disponible. Nous reviendrons! Merci! Piso muy acogedor y cómodo! lo tiene todo. Ideal para relajarse despues de un gran día esquiando. Johann es un anfitrión muy atento y apañado. Gracias!!! volveremos en breve.
