New flat T3 crossing east / west of 70 sqm, in a secure residence with private parking space for 5 people. Entrance on living room composed of a living room / dining room with sofa bed opening by bay windows on a first balcony facing the ocean with garden furniture. A first bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed share a second balcony facing east. The bathroom has an Italian shower and the toilets are independent. The kitchen area is fully equipped and there is a storeroom. Wifi access is free. A bicycle room is available in the residence, as well as a private parking space. Carefully decorated. Enjoy all the amenities of the central beaches of Lacanau on foot and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Beaches, restaurants, shops at 50m, Lacanau lake at 6 kms, golf at 3 kms. Location bien située mais attention lors du Lacanau pro

Superbe location avec un très bon equipement. Très bien située. Attention, pendant le Lacanau pro la sono des animations est juste en face... lors des animation en soirée (21h-24h), on a l'impression que l'appartement se transforme en boite de nuit!
