A warm and sun-filled vacation home: La Laiterie

Completely renovated in 2021, this bright, 150 m² former dairy is located on the same property as the Ferme du Val la Reine, just a short walk from the charming town of Honfleur, in the heart of the protected Côte de Grâce area.

Set on a large, lush, and peaceful property comprising three separate buildings, La Laiterie is available to rent for a weekend or a holiday. It can accommodate 12 people and one baby (accommodation for up to 14 people is possible—please feel free to contact us).
It features its own private space with a beautiful terrace, a garden complete with, among other things, two large tables, and a charming thatched-roof outdoor kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to prepare memorable barbecues.

In the evening, you can enjoy the garden for hours thanks to its beautiful lighting.

La Laiterie is perfect for gatherings with friends or family, thanks to its large, cosy dormitory that sleeps 6 and its 3 double bedrooms, one of which is accessible for guests with limited mobility (PMR). And for the little ones: a cot and a high chair are provided.

It offers all the modern comforts necessary for a pleasant and successful holiday for both adults and children.

Although the Ferme du Val le Reine is on the same property, you can enjoy your stay at La Laiterie in complete privacy.

Here is a description of the layout of each floor:


On the ground floor:

- A terrace of approximately 50 m² with a garden and an outdoor kitchen (water supply and Weber gas barbecue/plancha): two large tables, lounge chairs, and a parasol.

- A large, bright 40 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-dining room: the living area has several exits leading to the garden.

The kitchen features a central island with two bar stools and a small bench table for the children to eat at.
It includes a 5-zone induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, ...

The living-dining room is very cosy. It features a large table with wicker chairs, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, an electric fireplace, and a Freebox Pop TV.

- Entryway, with a large closet, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, and a sink.

- Ample storage space, a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing board with an iron.

- Bedroom 1:
(19 m²) - Accessible for people with reduced mobility, featuring a 160×200 double bed and a Freebox TV; a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink completes this room - Direct access to the outdoor terrace.


On the ground floor:

- A 16m² relaxation area or play area for children (option for a single bed)

- Bedroom 2: a 15-square-meter dormitory with 6 single bunk beds and a small relaxation area.

- Bedroom 3:12 square metres, one double bed (140×200)

- Bedroom 4:12 m² with one double bed (140 × 200)

- A bathroom with a bathtub and double sink

- A shower room with a shower, sink, and toilet

- A separate toilet


The house has a cot that can be set up in the bedroom of your choice and a high chair
