Let the kids roam free with a tree swing, and room to run, while adults unwind in the backyard oasis—outdoor BBQ and stone fireplace under the stars.

Master Suite (Downstairs): King bed, cozy and private

Both upstairs rooms open onto a charming second-story front porch



The galley kitchen features two ovens and a gas stovetop—perfect for cooking family meals. Just off the kitchen, a half bathroom leads into a sunny entertaining bar/sunroom area. The dining room seats up to 8 and connects seamlessly to the inviting living space. (Indoor fireplace not available for guest use.) However, the outdoor fireplace is ready for entertaining.

The fenced-in backyard is an outdoor paradise:

Guest access

The driveway offers plenty of parking. The Riverside Rd is the best route to enter the neighborhood. Riverside and Rivershore rd. are great for walking. The house code will be sent to you the day before check in.
Other things to note

We do have pets and allow some pets upon request and circumstances. All reservation requests need to include travel details including number of guests, ages and the general purpose of your trip. Please don't have outside guests when visiting unless approved.

Great property in the heart of Elizabeth City

This is a really nice play to stay in Elizabeth City. They fenced in yard is great for dogs (and the outdoor fireplace is really well done). The house close to downtown and has everything that you would need for your stay.

Hidden gem of a place!

Absolutely an amazing property, great location with so many amenities. We enjoyed ending each day by the outdoor fireplace. Also loved the outdoor grilling area. Host provided wonderful suggestions of things to do in the area. It was a great home away from home! We will be back.

Amazing, private location

House was exactly as described! My husband, dog and I had a great stay. Lots to do in town, and Michelle pointed us in the direction of places we could keep our boat for the week. Location was great, very quiet and private and the neighborhood was great to walk around in. Highly recommend!

What a gem

The description of the house was perfect. Great location great for the dogs. House was wonderful. Our host communicated gave us great suggestions we even had a s’mores package when we arrived. It was wonderful.

Just what we needed!

We were thrilled from the moment we pulled into the secret driveway of this charming oasis. The property was perfect for our family, MOM THERE ARE BUNK BEDS, a great outside space, and plenty of room for relaxing. Easy location to Elizabeth City and ECSU. Owners were great to communicate and work with and we had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful place

This home was exactly as advertised. Even though it rained our first night, we were still able to enjoy the awesome fireplace and stores. The yard is fantastic and the attention to detail superb. My only recommendation would be to supply a generic set of towels just for guests in one color. I hope to visit here again.

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous Back Yard

We loved staying at Michelle's home. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The back yard is gorgeous and a wonderful space to enjoy in many ways. PERFECT getaway!

Needed some mother/daughter time and this was the ideal spot for us. Such a fun house with every amenity possible and then some! Have never felt more at home when away from home. Michelle is an awesome hostess. Every aspect of this experience was a 10! If you are ever in the area, this is where you need to stay especially if the weather is nice to enjoy their incredible outdoor space! LOVE this home!
