Large and luxury Villa with 8 bedrooms 7 bathrooms, lots of family areas and a private pool, spa, game room and movie room you will feel so relaxed and worry free. Enjoy Floridas atmosphere in the best place to be. The location is amazing, very close and convenient access to most important vacation stops. We offer high speed internet for those who work from home.
Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

***POOL SPA HEATING - POOL FACING SOUTH There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date

**PET POLICY*** Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
