Spectacular view

Beautiful sunsets in the hot tub, close to bus routes, walking distance to coca beach which was a highlight! Also, enough hot water!!! Space for a large family with plenty of outdoor seating. Loved our stay!

Fantastic Villa in great location.

Fantastic Villa in great location with easy access to Nice ( 10 minutes) and Monaco (45 minutes) The host was super helpful all throughout. Great terrace, plunge pool, sunbathing terrace. VERY Large kitchen diner , all great for socializing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY and Delia the host.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and Delia was a responsive, helpful host. We had no issues getting access to the property upon arrival. The home was well suited for our party of 12. Everyone had comfortable accommodations and there were plenty of bathrooms. The outdoor space is amazing. We opted to cook one night and just enjoy the house. Burners on the stove inside house did not heat as well as the outdoor stove, but that literally is the only 'issue' we had. Loved our stay and would return!!

Great property in a great location!

Delia our host was wonderful, and very responsive! Leonard, we had the best time, and the house was very equipped, custom, corporate for cooking, etc. beautiful views of the ocean, on easy access to a grocery store, nail salon, Hair, Salon, etc. only little downside is that there was one set of towels per person, and the washer machine was very slow, but they promised they will be fixing it soon, so you should be fine on the next stay!

Nice villa, a bit dated

Enjoyed our stay overall. The property manager is very responsive and well organized. Pictures of the villa are a bit shinier vs reality: the villa is dated. The heat/ac unit in at least one room kept busting the plug. We could not use it during our entire stay. The water in the pool was cold so kids couldn’t not use it. But the outside hot tub was great. Rooms are nice and big, have everything necessary. Location is great (but you do need a car). Views are stunning. Still, with all the minuses, we would come back.

Dated property

The location of the property was very good with a great view and convenient to grocery store & bus with short walk in town. The property is tired, dated and needs renovation. Only one TV worked, the washer/dryer are not adequate for the size of home. The landscaping was no existence with nothing but weeds growing in most of the flower beds. The hot tub was nice but the swimming pool was in a room light a cave, very strange. The bedding and towels were cheap and not aesthetically appealing. The curtains in one of the bedrooms were just cheap fabric that didn’t even cover the windows. The owner needs to either renovate the property or lower the price of rental.
