Snuggle up and enjoy the modern log burner in this beautifully renovated house. We have spent many years lovingly restoring this property, resulting in a luxurious living space.

The Space - This spacious 4 bedroom house is large enough for families, large groups or couples looking for that romantic break beside the coast.

The location is perfectly situated near the town of Whitley Bay with award winning beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants.

You have easy access to the city centre of Newcastle, with the metro located 5 minutes walk from the house.

The beach and Spanish City is also 5 minutes walk away.

You Will have access to the entire house.

Perfect 3-night stay @ Whitley Bay, UK 🇬🇧

Thank you for a beautiful, clean, and well equipped home. The location of this spacious home near Spanish City, a corner convenience store, and quaint downtown village is extraordinary! This 2-level home is in pristine condition and every detail has been thought through from the fridge full of fresh eggs, milk, butter, OJ, and bread in the fridge to the toys and games for our little ones to enjoy. We only wish we booked for the entire week. We will be back in 2026 to explore more. Much gratitude from our family of 4. Cheers!

Great house in great location

The whole process from booking to departure was very smooth, John was very helpful. The house itself was perfect for us, kitchen was well stocked with equipment and a lovely hamper on arrival. Very clean and nicely presented.

We greet our guests with a very warm welcome, however we will leave you to enjoy your space. Our passion is to renovate properties which we have done quite a lot of over the years and are always looking for the next project. Joanne runs her own charity and I run a media company working with businesses. We still love the coast and it is the ideal place for a holiday or short break.
