The bright, open and airy villa features a large living area and spacious outdoor patio for relaxing after a day at the beach.

This lovely villa is sure to become your home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need to cook small or large meals for your family. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area has tile flooring and the bedrooms all have driftwood plank-style tile flooring. So clean and fresh!

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for dining, enjoying your morning coffee, an evening beverage or just enjoy unwinding with a book on the pretty sea foam-colored Adirondack chairs. The open floor plan with a wet bar in between the dining and living area lends itself to socializing and relaxing with friends and family. The downstairs queen bedroom has an updated bathroom with a tub/shower combination that can be accessed from both the bedroom and hallway. The over-sized master suite and adjoining bathroom is located upstairs. The coastal artwork in the bedroom is soft, soothing and a perfect backdrop to the beautiful furnishings. And of course there is a flat panel TV to catch up on your TV viewing after a busy day at the beach and pool. The updated bathroom has a newly renovated spacious shower, granite double sink vanity with soft, yet ample, lighting.
