Séjour agréable pour fêter un mariage

La villa est grande, bien agencée et très agréable pour 16 adultes. Le coin est très calme et pas très loin du centre de Vendays-Montalivet. Le terrain de pétanque, le terrain, le barbecue ainsi que le bain suédois sont un vrai plus pour passer un excellent séjour.

Location décevante et prix non justifié . Le bord de mer est à 7 kms

Arrivée au milieu de ruines en rénovation . Meubles à l'extérieur et parasols cassés , sols jonchés de gravats , travaux à proximité rendant les abords dangereux pour Lucas ( 6 ans ) , absence de chaises longues et de bain de soleil , barbecue non nettoyé . Travaux de maçonnerie chaque matin malgré mon refus signifié au propriétaire . Ménage non fait à l'intérieur , sol collant et poussiéreux , légumes dans le lave vaisselle , lave linge en dehors de la maison dans le bâtiment annexe en reconstruction , miroirs des salles de bain non fixés ............. Le jour de l'arrivée et devant tous ces défauts soulignés , le propriétaire m' a proposé un remboursement intégral à la condition de notre retour ! Inconcevable . Ensuite les frais de ménage ont été remboursés et un dédommagement de 100 euros obtenus versus 500 envisagé par lui . Le propriétaire n'est pas venu le jour de notre départ pour constater l'état des lieux comme il se doit . J'ai mis les clés dans la boite à lettres selon sa consigne .
