About this property

Brand new private heated* pool with great backyard for entertaining.

Luxury home in the best location in Dallas. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen island flowing to the living room that features high end furnishing, fireplace and TV. Two large sliding glass doors connect the living room to the covered back patio with dining table, seating area with fireplace and TV.

The decor and furnishings of this home are crafted by one of Dallas's best interior designers and emphasize quality and detail. From handcrafted tile to locally sourced antiques, this property truly gives the essence of extravagance without compromising comfort.
Upstairs is the large master suite with king size canopy bed, walk-in closet and incredible bathroom. There are three additional upstairs bedrooms, two with one queen size bed each and the third with two queen size beds.

*Pool heating is provided at no additional charge.
The pool has a heat pump which is capable of heating the pool when the air temperature is around 65+ degrees. We do our best to keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees from Late March to early November. However we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
1st Floor: Main entrance, 2 car garage, dining room, kitchen, living room and 1/2 bathroom.
2nd Floor: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

PARKING:
• 2 car garage for two standard size vehicles
• Driveway in front of house that can fit an additional 2-4 vehicles

ACCESS:
• Automated keyless entry to all doors (no keys!)
• Alarm system and outdoor security cameras for your safety. Security cameras located at front door, back patio and garage.

Amazing!

Such a great property with a beautiful backyard. Close to a lot of great spots in Dallas and even the grocery store being just down the street.

Great house - needs cleaning

This is a great house for larger groups - the layout is odd though because one bedroom with two beds does not have a bathroom. Very modern, well equipped and great host, but the cleaning is very superficial and there is dirt everywhere if you turn stuff over or happen to look in corners or under the furniture.

Fun Dallas Visit

We had the best time in this location. When we were iced in for a day, we were so comfortable and happy in this beautiful house. Then it was also super convenient for the rest of our fun visit to Dallas. Kale was great to work with, too! Loved our stay!
