Located within The Retreat community - enjoy this 1700 square foot condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Check out the views of the pool and lake as well as beautiful trails. The master bedroom has a new king bed, huge walk-in closet and en-suite & large flat screen TV.. The second bedroom has two twin XL beds & large flat screen TV as well.

Beautiful vaulted ceiling with skylight; amazing natural light throughout the unit.

West of US-41 in North Naples, you pass through the gated entrance, and are met by a golf course, lakes and tropical fauna in the professionally landscaped grounds. 2nd floor unit.

First Snowbird Experience After Retirement

The property was perfect for our first longer term snowbird experience. The location was centrally located for activities such as bicycle riding around Naples, going to numerous beaches or driving to various state parks. Shopping options were abundant with Publix nearly exverywhere we went.

A gem near the Naples/Bonita Springs line

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our rental unit in every respect, starting with the always pleasant interactions with our landlord, Rich. The unit has been recently updated. It is clean and very comfortable. It also feels more spacious than the posted square footage. Throw in the cozy lanai porch overlooking a nice size, heated swimming pool 50 feet away, and the unit becomes this gem nestled within a gated scenic community perfectly located for easy access to Highway 41, the main artery running through Naples and Bonita Springs. You'll love it.
